First Time In His Bumbo!!

I decided to try to put Will in his Bumbo tonight even though he cannot sit up on his own and what do you know!!!! This little chair is AWESOME!!!

So Christmas was an expierence to say the least. It went by so fast I hardly remember anything. We left for Beaumont about 3pm on Wed and the ride wasn't too bad. William got fussy about the last hour and it was pouring down rain for about 30 minutes. I ended up sitting in the backseat of the truck in between Cru and Will. Cramped quarters to say the least. When we got to Dana's house, William was soooo ready to be out of his car seat. He kicked around on the bed for a while but got REALLLY fussy about the time we were heading out to the Eve Eve Party. I ended up getting him to sleep so he slept the entire ride out there. He was okay at the party but mostly fussy butt. I was so glad we were able to bring him and let everyone meet him. Aunt Shiney made her rounds with him as soon as we got there! Will and I left the party around 11pm and got to bed about midnight. He slept like an angel that night.

Thursday morning we headed to my Grandma/pa Malan's house. We were there until about 6pm and had a great time! Again, he started getting fussy around 4pm-5pm. He was cranky when we got back to Aunt Shiney's house but he fell asleep around 9pm so that was nice.

We drove back to Austin Christmas afternoon. Stopped in at Deborah's house on our way home to say Merry Christmas to everyone and see the new baby. We didn't really stay to long as we were tired and beyond ready to be home. Once home, I thought William would be fine and not be so cranky but that was not the case.

Seems he is teething and the evening is the time he decides to let out his frustrations. Daddy has been really great with him and seems to calm him down. He doesn't seem to want any of this teethers; he just wants to chew on his or my fingers or his monkey! Who knows, but I will be so glad when these teeth finally pop up. Until then Baby Tylenol to the rescue!! :)

William's New Cousin

William's new cousin, Colt Jefferson, was born on Dec. 22nd.

Here are some pictures of the two together on Christmas. Will just laid there and kicked around. I think he was more excited to be out of his carseat after the 4.5 hr drive!

Nice Try

So Christmas pictures did not go as smoothly as I was hoping. Between William, Cru and then ME we did not get "the shot". I am still working on Christmas cards and trying to decide if I should just use one of the 30 bad shots or retake them. Time is running out though so I'll figure out soon!
